Standard Shipping (Free): We usually use ePacket, China Post Air Mail to process your order, both are traceable, usually takes 7-15 work days for delivery.
Expedited shipping($29): We use DHL, UPS, FedEx and other express to deliver your order, usually takes 3-6 work days for delivery.
We will send you the tracking information as soon as your order has shipped out. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after parcel sent out.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order needs authorization. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.
It usually takes 1-4 business days for your order (while some items may need 6-9 business days). We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected.
You tracking number and the express company website link will be sent in e-mail immediately after we ship the order out. We will also e-mail you if there is any unsuccessful delivery.
Please contact us within 1 months since shipment if no receipt or delivery, our representative will resolve this problem within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
Due to customs clearance times getting progressively longer, e.g. due to more stringent security checks, please be advised that Standard Rate Shipping may have been affected.
Custom Tax or Duty
Normally customers will not be charged of any additional fees via regular mail. However, due to increasingly strict customs inspection, sometimes customers may have to pay tariff. We are not responsible for customs duties or any delays caused by customs delay.

Our policy lasts 14 days (custom items are not applicable). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. As items on our store are usually customized products and are free of material defect at the time of shipping, there is no return or exchange on any item(s). Please inspect your items upon delivery, if for some reason we have missed a problem, please let us know within 3 days of receipt. For custom order processing, we will make sample first for your approval. All bulk production is under your approval. Therefore, we are NOT responsible if you are not happy with the font, size or color effect you chose. Personalized items are final sale.
